How long does a cleaning take?+

It depends on the type of furniture, its size and the level of soiling. We give a realistic indication upfront.

How long does my sofa need to dry?+

Drying time depends on material, ventilation and room temperature. You'll receive practical aftercare advice after the treatment.

Can all stains be removed?+

We do our utmost, but old, dried-in stains or discolouration may remain visible. We always discuss this in advance.

Do you clean at my home?+

Yes, all our treatments are performed on location.

Do I need to prepare anything?+

The furniture needs to be accessible. Any other preparation we'll discuss upfront.

Are the products safe for children and pets?+

Our approach is tailored to this when performed according to the professional process.

Do you charge call-out fees?+

No, we don't charge call-out fees or admin fees.

Can I send a photo via WhatsApp?+

Yes, it helps us advise on the material and approach.

Can I book online directly?+

Do you also clean multiple chairs?+

Absolutely. For larger quantities we're happy to provide a custom quote.

Do you also work for businesses?+

Yes, we work for both private clients and business customers.

Can work take place outside opening hours?+

For business clients we schedule outside opening hours where possible.

Is periodic maintenance possible?+

Yes, we're happy to work on a recurring schedule.

What does 'no result, no cost' mean?+

If the agreed treatment yields no noticeable result, we don't charge for it — within our terms and depending on the state of the material.

What's the difference between soiling, wear and discolouration?+

Soiling can generally be cleaned. Wear and permanent discolouration are damage to the material and can't be undone.

Can a sofa be used right after the treatment?+

We advise waiting until the upholstery is properly dry. We give exact guidance on site.
